The first Yamaha 5 Stars Dealer in Canada!

Gregoire Sport established in St-Ambroise de Kildare since 1967 and in Notre Dame de Lourdes since 2000, has surpassed the eyes of motor sport fans. This dealership has once again taken a step closer to perfection by obtaining a Yamaha 5 Stars certification for its two Quebec based stores.

Yamaha Motors Canada 5 Stars certification is equivalent to the ISO recognition in the manufacturing industry. To be distinguished in such a manner tells the world that its customer are always received with the highest quality of service. This program came in effect in June 2001 in hopes to inscrease the customer quality service among Yamaha dealers.

It is indeed the highest honor given out by Yamaha Motors Canada to its dealers. In order to acheive such status, each aspect of the operation must meet all very strict evaluation criteria. Every procedure must be documented and followed to the letter. Each employee must be trained and constantly evaluated. The store layout must also follow all Yamaha guidelines.

Gregoire Sport is the first establishement in Canada rewarded of such an honor. Both dealerships were given recognition.
